1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Web Development Group Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Web Development Group Ltd provides web development, design, digital marketing, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Project Agreement.

3. Project Scope & Changes

Project scope is defined in the initial proposal or estimate. Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing. Additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or invoice
  • Monthly retainer clients are billed at the beginning of each month
  • Project deposits are required before work begins (typically 50%)
  • Late payments may result in work suspension or additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general knowledge. Stock images, fonts, and third-party components may be subject to their own licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Web Development Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become due, and any work completed will be delivered to the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
